I've camped this and he doesn't drop the ring.
It's in Pyzjn territory for me. Will check and clear the spawns once then leave. Not going to spend all day doing it.

I camped them here and there on blue. Used my Bard, made it much easier to keep multiple spawn points locked down. Sold 6 of them total between levels 30 and 56. Sometimes I would get one within an hour, other times it would take much much longer. One time in particular I remember it taking around 12 hours. I got in that "I'm not leaving until one drops" mode. I just had that feeling that I would leave and someone would come through and get it on first drop If I left. 5 were sold for 10k and 1 for 5k to a member of the guild I was in at the time.
I would only hang there for an hour or two and if one doesn't drop, just head out before you get too frustrated. After my 12 hour stint i never went back because of the frustration. Before that I enjoyed camping it.

Someone camped a few of them a while back, One dude had multiples for sale. I picked up my first one for like 6k from a guildy and 8k for a second. I would say every enchanter should have one tbh for leveling/pve, even darkies. The only annoying part is the targeting, cant just swap and click without target set.
