I wasn't talking about Lisa Lamponelli though she certainly falls into that category same with Amy Schumer. However, I wasn't even talking about celebrity comedians. I live in an area with a lot of venues for comedy shows that I frequent very often being a fan of real comedy and not the same recycled garbage Comedy Central shoves down everyone's throats. It's not just the celebrity female comics but I see all the same acts from all these amateur female comics when they joke about STDs or some other shit like that.

Sarah Silverman is the same as all those "shock" comedians who still think it's funny to say fucked up controversial shit along the lines of "hurr durr AIDS IS FUNNY IT KILLS PEOPLE" I guess I can expand upon her vast repertoire of jokes to include rape, abortions, and period blood. It's pretty much the same concept of why comedians used to dislike Asian comics because they all had the same act of "Listen to me joke with a funny exaggerated Asian accent."

I kind of think the same about male comics to some extent but not nearly the extent of female comics. Comedy has definitely gone downhill from what it used to be and instead we got more Amy Schumers and Anthony Jeselniks.
