first off fresh fruit for breakfast is just sugar and not healthy. Healthy would look like egg whites, some spinach, mushrooms ect and a small bowl of oatmeal. That the prob man, nobody knows healthy. costco you can get chicken breast for around 2$ or so a breast. plus mixed greens, a sweet potato and some brown rice. youre looking at a total meal costing you 5-7$. and thats probably a large meal. Now dont throw on a shit ton of dressing, and sauces (hot sauce is usually fine) and youll be good.

Yeah no shit. Not to mention mushrooms/spinach are revolting and I can only eat eggs scrambled and even then only in the smallest portions.

If you do smart meal planning, eating healthy really isn't more expensive, but you do have to cook more.

(Except for organic versus non-organic, but in my opinion you don't need to buy organic food to eat "healthy.")
