New Login Server issues

Same problem here, cannot get past the Account Security section of the Play Guide section, despite successfully registering my cell number. I registered my loginserver account manually using the aforementioned link, but cannot progress to instruction steps 4 and 5. The "Skip" link refers me back to Step 2 - Account Links.

I've registered both the forum and the loginserver accounts, so I should theoretically be able to log on, but I can't access the rest of the instructions/forms in steps 4 and 5. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well, I found my solution. Because both accounts were set up, all i had to do was follow the remainder of the instructions provided by the link below. Ran "Launch Titanium.bat" in my /Everquest folder and I was good to go. Good luck to all.
