It's strictly to prevent people from boxing and if you do get the IP exemption just remember that a lot of people will accuse people who don't even have one of 2boxn so be prepared to get tested now and then [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

I know people who make a separate acct for every toon they create
