Obama's speech at the UN Summit seemed like lip service. I think the truth of it is he has no fucking clue how to fix it, doesn't really have the power to fix it, doesn't want to even deal with it since he won't be president before this shit gets real bad, and just jerks everyone off with a good speech and no solution.
