My deception was targeting Nihilum and Nizzar. I expected the server staff to play a role, but not like this. As much as I dislike Azrael, and Lite for that matter, Lite has made some good points on inequality of this server. This inequality continues to this day but now in a much different capacity.

Let's talk equality: GMs should not be allowed to play on the same server they GM - period. The blatant favoritism has to stop. The inequality has gone on for far too long. The hip shot case-by-case rule enforcement has to stop.

Derubael (Server GM): That account was banned for taking all the gear off someone else's account. They petitioned that all their gear was removed, and someone banned your account to lock it down before the stuff could be moved around more.
Me: How long is the ban? And how is that against the rules?
Rogean has stated sharing an account/info is at your own risk.
This has happened repeatedly on this server, why are the other offenders allowed to continue playing?
Derubael (Server GM): We issue bans on a case-by-case basis. It's not "ok" to just take someones items, and bans have been handed out in the past for account strips on both blue and red, though yes - the policy is more lax on red.
I didn't issue your ban so I don't know what led to the lock down, but I'm surprised that you're taken aback by being banned for stealing. Just because we tell people to share account information at their own risk doesn't mean you can do whatever you want with someones account.
For right now the ban is until we've finished investigating the issue. What else is on the account aside from the stolen items?
Me: Valid points. As far as being taken aback, its because I KNOW this has happened numerous times without punishment. Just like others have RMTd, reported it w/ proof, and nothing has happened to them. It's rooted in the punishment depends on who is effected.

Seems kind of dumb to not let him give the items back unless it's to prove a point about account sharing. However, I think the policy about sharing is misguided given the two boxing ban and small player base. Shrug. I think at the end of the day the question should be, will more harm than good be done by restoring the items? I think the answer here is, no.

So, people who play this server: Nothxu's account was indeed hacked and the perpetrator's account was banned. If no rules were broken, why would the account be banned? If the account is banned, why is Nothxu not getting a restore? More troubling, how is it possible for gear on a banned account to be sold to another player?

How can new guilds truly ever thrive and compete when enforcement of rules is selective and biased?
