Question about UI Files

In regards to Project 1999 is it possible to use UI Files like we do in live? I have several UI's that I like a lot but I have been hesitant to try to upload them here. Any information would be helpful.

I'm pretty sure any UI that you enjoy on Live will not work at all here unless it was created in the Titanium era and you can find the old versions of those UI's.

Then again, I have no idea how UI's work and could be wrong.

Edit: Yes, there are custom UI files that you can use but AFAIK there aren't many.
