Cant Log In-Spell File Not Up to Date

Ie, it's back to using the same spell file as live atm.

Currently on my laptop, and I updated spell files, and I can now log into P99. However Beta claims I have an out of date spell file.

Does not make sense. My computer at home allows me to log on both with the same spell file.
