P99's spell files are based on historical spdats. Lucy was cited in this thread only to corroborate what's found in an actual Velious-era spdat.
And the pre-Luclin shaman slows weren't given disease counters until Luclin, and remain MR to this day. This was already discussed here. Slows that save vs. disease weren't introduced until after Velious. Burger's got his timeline seriously confused. | ||
