The screen resolution has nothing to do with how the fonts are shown on screen. The UI is based around 2005 settings which easily support all levels of scaling, with widescreen monitors having the image cropped top and bottom.
Open your UI_name_project1999.ini file and search for the [Fonts] section. Set it to look like this: [Fonts] Font.us.0=Arial Save and restart. If your still getting an issue with the default UI then its a windows font issue - maybe your using cleartype or some such as a windows option? | ||
