the options should just be 25+, 35+, 45+, 55+ ... but u get the point.

rly depends on how many people azrael are fielding at the moment. if they got 15-20, it's anythin 28+, they have 4-8 it's anything 20+, they rockin high 20's then anythin 30+ is a zerg, if they are raiding with 35-38 people then anythin 40+ is a zerg. hope this helps.

Also ogre warriors count as 2 food so if you have 10 ogre warriors that's 20 people

ya but zerglings are 0.5 food each so technically we're less of a zerg than azrael is

I'd say when you go above the amount of people that you need for the encounters you do and are still recruiting indiscriminately.

aka every single guild

you can do pretty much every single raid mob in the game with 3-4 groups no problem

Depends on level, gear, raid location and era.

If you had 50+ players, where the majority lay between level 50-58, you would argue that those numbers are comparable to 18-24 level 60s in VP gear with resists.

If the era is Velious, 50+ fully geared level 60s is considered the minimum amount of players required for a complete ToV run...
