Gozzrem is currently doing the same thing as Telk, the AE should be a proc every 12-15 secs not a spell they need to cast. Also Gozzrem seems about 100k short on hps

He looks like an ice dragon, you'd figure he'd be vulnerable to fire, but these ape tricksters in VI got us again. Anyhow, he is vulnerable to cold, and not necessary to be in melee range to cast. He seemed to have about 250k hp.
Every 15 seconds, he procs a 500pt cold ae that strips the top buff. Have instant clicky item, and have someone call when the AE has just been cast
