Quest Issue: Shaman Epic Faction issues?

Charmed NPCs do not give faction hits.

The server incorrectly has shamans starting at apprehensively to True Spirit by default. They should start at Indifferent. Come next patch, this will be fixed.

You're starting at the wrong step though. Kill the 4 rogue like NPCs to spawn the lesser spirit (butcher block, field of bone, rathe mountains and Warslik?). Have a chanter charm that. Then hail the dog and get your gem. Turn in the gem to Bondl. That should push you to indifferent after 1-2 times I think.
