Veeshan's Peak Entrance Wurm

There seems to be a frequently occurring issue in VP where the wurm that roams on the entrance bridge near the zone-in pad will appear to not be there on peoples' screens, but if you run across the bridge he'll appear and aggro

not sure what causes this
