It has nothing to do with how many EverQuests you have installed. When you install to the Program Files folder on Win Vista/7/8 you have to deal with administrator permissions. Issues can arise because of this.
OP: Once you have Titanium installed, unzip the latest patch (P99Files33.zip) and put those files into your new Titanium folder (wherever it is), overwriting all files. For the latest patch: http://www.project1999.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=155457
