Coldain Ring #10 Implemented?

I remember the first time we ran Coldain Ring #10 it crashed the Great Divide on Live server. This quest involves a LARGE triggered war between dwarves and giants that anyone in the zone can participate in. If this quest is in, I would like to try it out this weekend in hopes of crashing the zone/server.

The FAQ says only rings 1-7 are in place, perhaps this is out of date?

It is implemented through ring 9 on beta. I don't think anyone has finished 9 though

10th is not complete yet. 9th should be working.

Someone is up to the tainted avalanche part for 9, but it seems the note to peffin isn't dropping
