Then maybe they should shut down red permanently if none of you are willing to actually help bugtest Velious content, but want it handed to you ASAP.

Let's be clear here. Velious will completely ruin the PVP server. A population of 200 can't sustain that much landmass. Once it becomes clear, that you can't find anybody. People will start leaving more often. And the population will dwindle even more. And then the server will be closed down...
