Miscellaneous: Seb mobs seem to have higher resists

I've been having the same problems with the Nobles and Bards in High Hold Keep. Dark blue nobles giving me 5 or 6 resists in a row on root and then breaking after 10 or 15 seconds.
I'm also getting resisted more on my snare but not nearly as often as root.
In both cases the resists (at least for snares and root) are MUCH higher than classic was.

I am getting at least one partial or full resist every quad nuke. Less than a 1/4 the time are there no resists. Last week I would get a partial resist occasionally and a full resist rarely on the same mobs I am fighting. I am the same level.

group constantly wiping due to not being able to land spells where it has been not a big issue before, 59 enc mez resists like crazy, paci resists out of this world. frustrating to say the least
