Torch isn't flagged as a weapon in the data which is probably why you can pickpocket it. But for the intents of disarm, it is considered a primary/secondary item which you can disarm. When grouping with charmed pets before this change people would disarm your pets torch so that it dropped to the ground and you could collect it. The fix is probably that you shouldn't be able to pick pocket a primary/secondary equipped item.

It's making me want to see if I can get a 2nd duplicate torch/lantern/other secondary non-weapon.

![]() I'm just saying you shouldn't be able to pickpocket torches in the first place. Because they are worn items in the primary/secondary.

![]() The same applies to armor.
We were in Mistmoore, the enchanter charmed a Dark elf. Eventually we kept getting bronze armor drops , so we started dressing the charmed pet.. Once he was in full set of armor, the charm broke, I was able to pickpocket piece by piece each set of armor that was given AND the graphic of the bronze armor still remained after the corresponding armor was pick pocketed | ||
