Crashing while zoning

Seems I'm having trouble frequently when zoning too. Instead of crashing I just never load, wait a good 4 minutes looking at "LOADING, PLEASE WAIT..." then give up, kill the application, and re-log back in. (Sometimes I'll get the loading Splash Screen but not always.)

How can I help provide details to reproduce or investigate?
