There is a free eq zone viewer and you can use no clip mode to find them. SolB has one and I think another couple maybe as well.
Lotsa old indoors-ish zones have catboxes, usually at 0, 0, 0 in the zone. Also usually have some coordinates written there for GMs to teleport into the main part of the zone. Soldungb is probably the first one that was made, considering that they tried to cram a lot of coordinates in there, and the lack of cats:

befallen is probably the second one; it has the expected cats but is unusual in not being completely separated from the zone, instead being just on the wrong end of a zoneline:

Ones in velious tend to be a bit different, like this one in skyshrine:

Think they stopped putting these in around Luclin.

More typical one in veeshan's peak, well below most of the zone:

GM's loved to use the one in qcatacombs on live I believe.

I believe there is also a room in Sola under the well shaft.

There might be one in Unrest too.

It does have a bit of a "white padded room" vibe:

I can't seem to get it...running fraps and all. Any chance you could provide any more instruction. How exactly should I be hugging the wall? And is it left/right if I'm looking at the actual zone line? Is speed an issue?

Thanks in advance. The video on YT goes a little quick.

First thing I did was hit the EQ button to get to options -> Display -> Bottom Left and lower your frame rate to 10 (not sure if its gotta be that low, but it worked for me)

once frame rate is really bad you want to run against the wall that the zone line is on, facing 90 degrees to the zone line.. so you're tredmilling in place with your face against the wall.

then, you can strafe, or slowly mouse look to your left (or right if the zone line is to your right, ie doing it on the opposite wall in my illustration) so that you are still treadmilling against the wall, you cross past the zoneline.. you can then put the frame rate back and move around normaly.. running into the back of the zone line will result in you zoning out of befallen.

the zoneline is in green, the path you should take is in red and the walls are in black in my little drawing, below.
