also youre a woman and dont know about these things.
What protein mix are you using? One of the best I found for bulk was this,
http://www.amazon.com/Optimum-Nutrit.../dp/B006MKAQPQ

It tastes great to the point where you'll actually look forward to your shakes, especially if you're making them with milk. I've cut my fat intake quite a bit, so I'm mixing with water and it still far surpasses a lot of the other products i've tried in taste and overall performance for what I can tell.

I hope you're eating an omega balanced peanut butter or supplementing in the right ratios - I used to think all that was bullshit, but it's actually noticeable when your 3:6 balance is off. Also, that's a fuck load of peanut butter.

Out of curiosity, most whole grain breads (which I'm assuming is what you're eating) is around 20-24g carb per slice. How many carbs are are you eating at wakeup/post workout?

Nevermind, I misread your comment. For some reason I thought you said 14 tablespoons of peanut butter...

Oh ok, so its about 50g from the powder for 2 scoops of gold standard natural.

Not even sure about the bread, because i make it from scratch. its quinoa and flax, because celiac disease. any carbs i eat after that are usually from brown rice, though carbs arent a huge deal at the moment since im not cutting. 2 tbsp of natural peanutbutter (not the sugary salty jif bullshit) isnt that much at all.

I'm still looking for a good quality natural powder. Been back at the gym for 2 months now and I still haven't decided on one. Don't want to bulk, I'm already big enough. Looking to lose the gut and slim down while adding some tone. Any suggestions on powder?

Also. Why powder so expensive????

Its still cheaper than the equivalent protein of say chicken breast, with much less cholesterol depending on the brand. Just look around for one that has what you want in it. If youre trying to maintain get something with as little carbs, fat, cholesterol, and sugars as you can find.
