No, they will be NO TRADE but not Soul Bound. Meaning when you die they stay on your corpse. So you have to make a corpse outside, zone in and make a corpse and then get ressed out and die and make a corpse leaving your key outside on that corpse.

Its a pain and honestly stupid they are leaving that in on release. The keys went to soul bound before POM was released anyway.
