I can show you on my halfling alt sometime Thunder (on blue.) You don't need a WC cap really, unless you dont want to lose xp on your lowbie. Hide/Sneak works on anything that is KOS. I would just kill myself near the spot you cant get back up, then zone back in and drag the corpse up (bound in paineel.) Just remember RNG can be a bitch, I think I went 0 for my first 9 turn ins, then went something like 5 for 8. You also dont need a hole key as a halfling. Note he also despawns, but he'll respawn after about 30 minutes I think. If you stand in the right spot, hide should drop but sneak shouldnt for the turn in, so you may not die. I usually did die though
