I think your missing the whole point of MMO's in general. Like I said in a previous post EQ is a sandbox, if you want to do nothing but craft then go for it..if u want to lvl and raid hardcore..you can...if you wanna buy a lvl 50 toon and enjoy the end game then that is your choice. Personally...I sit in EC all day long at lvl 1 and make money. No ones way of playing EQ is wrong...

Yes you have no clue. The server has been out for like a year. How long do you think it takes to play through EQ classic? Certainly not close to a year.

I did level 1-50 the old fashioned way. Nothing wrong with me not wanting to do it all over again when I don't have to. Its not like I payed real money for the account I traded a freaking fbss and a few other low value items for it...

Maybe you should make a Facebook, Twitter or whatever the hell else kind of social media site and voice your opinions on said sites! Maybe, just maybe someone will hear your voice of reason and conform to your way of playing!

Just a fyi, i lvl'd both my toons without powerlvling, there is no way in hell i could be convinced to grind in sol b for the last 10 lvl's again, i'd rather buy a toon. Fuck bats!

@Fromage Apparently, you have not read my big signature. I have Facebook, Twitter, and a Podcast. Yes, I do have a clue and I know that EQ can take a year plus to develop a character. This is exactly my point. What is the point if someone else has done all the hard work for you. What is the satisfaction in know that you bought your toon by farming in game plat and not be going the grind your self. What's next giving everyone GM commands on the server.


@Nakara To assume that I don't know what a sandbox is or anything about MMO's or EQ is your failure to understand what I am saying. If people want to pay their way for a game then so be it. To be the whole fun is playing the game. Personally, I have found when people buy toons, they take it for granted and in raiding and grouping it shows. Not saying this is the way with everyone. Then again some people don't understand why I don't want to take free hand outs and earn it my self. To be the whole point of this server is earn it your self and have fun with the risk VS. reward. Hey, if people want to use Plat and make this game a Pay 2 Win and that is fun for them, so be it I can respect that.
