Who do I talk to about joining Kittens who say Meow?

Im a new player (practically a EQ noob, I played 12 years ago but never got far so it's all new to me) and looking to join a guild to group up for leveling and having fun.

Ive been told Kittens who say Meow is a noob friendly guild.

Who do I have to contact to be recruited?
