I think the staff should just be open about the RMT stuff. theres nothing wrong with getting some sort of compensation for all the nerd hours they invest keeping this server running for you butthurt madbads

except if soe finds out they are profiting off this it goes bye bye and rogean gets sued?

if soe knew how much RMT Was happening here they would shut it down anyways

the first thing you learn upon hitting teh forums here is theres more RMT on p99 than AIDS in freddy mercury (before he died). i dont think they even care bruh. they've pretty much made all the money they ever will from EQ and theyve killed the game at this point on live.

wouldnt they be equally obligated to go after individuals making money from their game? It isnt like the staff run a company, so essentially its just a bunch of individuals anyway. wherever the RMT is coming from, its still money being made off of a game that SOE holds the rights to.
