I tend to purchase all my spells even if I do not think I'll use them. I do prioritize my purchases also though, so I may not have a spell as soon as it becomes available if I am playing a naked newb. The one spell that has no proved useful to me is the pally summoned hammer. Though if I were to have played from launch that May have proven differently. True North is handy for low level casters before you max sense heading.

I notice alot of people skip Identify, its a somewhat useless spell, until you need it :-p

people always give me shit for this but i didn't buy SoW on my shaman. i didn't want to deal with people always asking so i just refuse to get it LOL

Yeah but then how many times have you had to go through explaining why you're a shaman without SoW?
