Game Mechanics: Ancille cooks HT

Ancille cooks in Mistmoore should be using harm touch, (much like a goblin netmaster currently does in lake rathe)
and from what I've experienced so far on this server, they do not.

Really the only source I have come across.
Read the comments in 2000. That was before they revamped the zone.
I'm also pretty sure that they were on a 45 minute timer as well.
