North Qeynos zone lag

While in every other zone I try I see ~110ms ping, I'm getting 4500ms+ in North Qeynos today (Mar 23 2015). After several disconnects, I managed to get to South Qeynos where my latency returned to 110ms.

I suspect that zone may be having some server-side trouble.
