He is not the best, he deleveled to 54 since he could not handle level 60 pvp.

Number 1 on leaderboard, almost twice the points of the next highest. PVP knows no lvl limits (except for lvl 1).

Leaderboards hold no reflection on PvP skills. He does have a lot of kills though so in my book he has contributed to the server. No kill is a bad kill in my book, although many disagree with me.
