My enchanter is 45. I've not cast any Mez other than level 4 and level 16 AE. There's no point.

It's more mana efficient, mobs almost never need to be Mezzed for long durations and if they did I would prefer to just memblur as described above and not worry about them.

And to ANYONE who tries to tell you the level 4 and 16 mezzes resist more because they are low level spells. Laugh at them in the face and tell them they are dumb. This is simply false. Mesmerize and Dazzle resist at the exact same rate.

Glamour of Kintaz/Fascination have -10 resist mods (rarely comes into play, only on high resistance mobs), and Rapture is nearly unresistable. But the pre-Kunark mezzes all resist at the same rate. If you're mezzing any mob under 55, Mesmerize should be a highly considered option at any level.
