I think that some people need to take a step back and realize this is a game. Thus saying that the whole point of playing a game is to have fun. If certain GM's start to abuse their powers and ruin the fun for some people then there is a problem with that. I dont advocate losing any GM on this server considering the severe lack of GMs that we have, but I do propose that some of the Development team take a look into the actions of Sirken. I watched my guilde get banned from ooc for 180 days for saying he was going to delete his own character. He even got suspended for saying that but when Sirken found out he was talking about himself he unsuspended his account but didn't lift the ooc ban. In my honest opinion it looks like there is a severe lack of looking into these actions. Pride falls before the fallen. If you make a mistake, own up to it. Afterall, it is just a game. Actions like these are just going to lower the population not encourage the growth of the server.

well i find it funny when were looking at changing a gm and this thread is made by a holo member..for almost a year i have found sirken to be siding with holo in almost every decision he makes even though he says 1 min holo ruining the server than the next posting on blue forums for people to join red and join holo. derubel was bitched at by rogean for making a post and an announcement for even suggesting people leave blue to go to red. as far as i can see most gms are a joke i say lets give another 1 a shot and see how it plays out.

We all got our twitches, good guy Goot rolls up on strangers and says "fag", sirken is all "he's a piece of shit, that guy there is a piece of shit, that's a piece of shit move, that piece of shit". Good bud Chewie called him out that time he made that remark on another good guy and guildie of Chewie and myself not sure exactly what he said to get permabanned though. Personally it brings a classic feel to know one can get banned for 7 or so days for being a bit too billigerent yet I would like that bar to be raised by the staff of P99 rather than lowered. Not to mention I wouldn't want to see anyone permabanned for profanity or insults in any way even if directed at a staff member, I don't know what to propose in a ruling, what exactly would be fair, say 7 days for common occurences between players (Know your audience!) and a month-3months for those directed at a staff member. We all can have our bad days and I think all of yall should just apologize to one another and accept those apologies.

I make Sirken be the bad guy because I don't want to. Don't think for a minute, the good cop is any more "good" than the bad cop.
