Cant change characters face

So I was on my toon and tried the "face" option (using classic models), and my main toons face would not change. But on my alt it does, is there something i need to change with my main? or is he just bugged?

Anyway, face changing really isn't classic anyway. You shouldn't be able to do it.

I ...do not remember that! Thanks! I mean I remember everyone looked practically the same but I remember having a few faces to chose from. Was this Velious or PoP time frame?

Yeah it isnt classic but for some reason my main toon cannot do it, and my alts can do it. So was just weird, was just seeing if anyone knew why
