we have the queen triumvirate in holocaust: ereni, yoseto, cecily

and matriarch, kalea

they're the most cruel pvpers we have on red

soloed 25 azrael by themselves, left permanent calling cards on each corpse to remind them forever

kind of like the scarlet letter but with AIDS

Bump. Big things happening on Red. Players beginning to accept responsibility for the server. <Fresh> hosting the events that the server wants to see in absence of higher ups. The time to join and have FUN on red is now. The era of the griefer is over. Come help that stay true.
Little jaded nowadays but how true is this? Is this really gonna keep the dedicated griefers (or normal players depending on how you look at it) from doing what they're doing?

Sucks bringing people to the server and their first and several experiences thereafter is getting killed over and over again and "GIT GUD SCRUB" said afterwards.

They are releasing red a day early, because if they didn't the population of blue would be 3000, and there would be like 50 on red.

They just don't want to see those kind of failure numbers.

kind of like last night...1600 on blue, 250 on red.

seems like the population has flatlined or even gone down...which I'm sure we'll see more of as people start to concentrate on getting ready for velious.

I honestly think that people really WANT to play on Red, but currently if you don't get in there with a static group of friends, leveling is very difficult. I've tried and failed about 5x to login and find a group, and it's been a futile effort. PvP isn't even the issue, it's the fact that there really aren't that many users to level up with.

Why be on Red with all this awesome bonus exp and you can't even use it? I understand why Red is like this because they want to increase grouping and community effort while leveling but I'd definitely be a happier guy if they increased the static exp bonus a bit.

There is an XP bonus still (vs blue) for soloing content, but you're right its nothing like the bonus you get for grabbing a pal or 5 and doing things grouped.

Give red a try guys, level now for the first "live" look at ToFS and other places <3

if you're a cry baby and can't like idk move zones after being pked there is nothing anyone can do for ya. The leaders of the dominant guilds are looking down on this and more and more often members of the community step in to OOR heal against the people doing it. If you want to play on red you will, and if you don't you wont.

There is no population on red because when people try to test out the server, the experience is 90% unpleasant. Read this thread or use your brain for the obvious reasons.

There is no fixing this server without a wipe. Luckily, the progression server this summer on Live will allow a fix to those wishing to experience classic EQ that isn't whatever Red and Blue are. Blue is ok (I tried it after awful red experience), just crowded and there isn't room for new players there, but on red is the opposite problem, there is too much room there and if you find people, they are likely to not ever give a fuck about you honestly.

These 2 guys above me have been desperately trying to recruit people since before I rolled here. It seems nothing has changed because people on this server won't change.
