Game Mechanics: /who is sorting in the wrong order

This isn't really worth fixing until they fix UIs to limit players to a single chat box.

Having the ability to create extra chat boxes, or more specifically in this case a single box that filters only /who queries, makes for an extremely unclassic situation.

Players weren't able to effectively track players entering zones with /who because they only had a single chat box and those /who's would get spammed out unless they were doing nothing else but /who.

Even with a single chatbox it was very easy to spam /who and keep track of who was entering a zone because people just entering the zone were always added to the bottom of the list; they wouldn't be scrolled off but would rather be right there in the box, easily spotted.
