What I'm wondering is the naming . So you use the same name on green as on blue , and it finally makes it to merger day . When it merges with blue do you have to pick a new name ?
Also just thought about this one . On merger what if you already have 8 characters and no slots open for a new one ?

They would probably just add an X at the end of your merged characters name and then they'll work on petitions to clean up name change once they have time.
This I don't know. If it were my call, I would give about a months notice saying more or less that if you want your characters merged, you need to make sure you have room in your character select screen or else the Green chars will be wiped.
