just remember, pickles, cucumbers and celery, veggies in general are somewhat free to eat foods, not much in calories and they take calories to burn.

Ribs on the other-hand, not so much.

I went thru the same thing man. Nicotine really kills your appetite.

I suggest eating LOTS of salad (with light oil/balsamic vinegar dressings), LOTS of fruits and veggies, LOTS of nuts....

And drinking even more water. Keep yourself full on these things instead of trying to battle the newfound food cravings.
