Welcome to Red! Here are a few tips to avoid twink PKs:
• do /anon or /role, either of which will hide your level, class/race, and location; /anon also hides guild tag (though people in the same zone as you can use /guildstatus to find out)
• don't make your level/location known in /ooc (which is a server-wide channel on Red99). For instance, /ooc'ing "22 bard lfg in Mistmoore" has the potential to attract a predatory PK, as does "20-26 Mistmoore group lf3m pref dps/heals" (3 noobs in Mistmoore without DPS or a healer?? Sounds delicious!!). Instead, just don't include location: "22 bard lfg," "20-26 group lfm pst," then let people send you tells.
• level anywhere but Faydwer. The most popular leveling route is GFay > CB > Unrest > MM > CoM, so that's where the twink PKs go. However, there are excellent leveling zones available, especially if you form a group then buy a port there. Blackburrow, West Karana bandits, Befallen 10-20+, Najena, SolA, South Karana, Paw, Kerra Isle, LOIO, more. Many of these zones also have some useful little loot items.

Thank you Videri, that's some great tip's.

I'm thinking that you have to assume everyone is out to toast you?
I'm also assuming that people will Lie via tell's, trying to get info out of you for a possible Kill?
So when you do make some friend's, I imagine you learn to appreciate them a Lot more. Thanks again for the reply.
