You need a more clearly law for this. In Germany all nazi-symbols and modified symbols are forbidden and can and will be punished with several years in jail. Some people here are much to obsessed of world war II by playing to many computer games with this theme here and they act like boys in a delayed puberty.
A problem is using them in protest against them like Jibeknn did. That is forbidden too there. Nazis had been racist and i was shocked by p99-member entering the ArchAge -Chat saying they dont like blacks. We have several there as the best fighters and i tried to sink in the floor feeling ashamed because of this behavior of p99-member.
