No. It isn't pretty obvious. It doesn't turn out any which way. Apparently, the GMs have methods for catching 2-boxing. Somehow, the OP fit the criteria AND then went LD when called to be tested on it. Of course, it's possible the OP is honest. It certainly seems that given all available information the GM didn't unfairly arrive at his conclusion.

No, they shouldn't. IMO this doesn't drive players away. In the long run, its policies like these that have made P99 the best emu server ever with a huge population.
30 Day suspension isn't the end of the world. Low lvl characters could easily re-lvl to where they were in much less time.
Even if you are right, you are wrong to handle it by posting in the forums. You elevate your case to the next GM through petitions and private messages. Trying to publicly call out the guide/GM on the forums in and of itself should be a suspension.
And, stop two-boxing.
