Are the caps for meditate different when maxed, or do both cap at 252 live/p99? Is it better early on but normalizes when max lvl? So for 1-10 you regen noticeably faster since you have med on ragefire, but after med is achieved on p99 at lvl 10 are they the same(once maxed at 10) ? Or is the cap on ragefire higher and thats why it feels like mana regens faster.
