it's like you make the atomic bomb (server) and you don't want to let other countries (guilds) have nuclear secrets (under the radar information). it's gm's business and no one else's or else everyone gets nuked. letting Iran or North Korea beta test and keep the successful nukes, makes other countries uncomfortable.

Not the same, there are hundreds of people nightly in those.

Kunark beta had mabye 20

I still think it'd be better if they'd release several Kunark zones at a time unto the live server, the whole beta phase would be over with much faster and more efficiently.

They can't do that due to the bugs. If they do that, then roll back everyone to before that point in time that they added on the zones, sure. But I highly doubt people would be too happy about that.

you think they are taking it down to fix all the bugs and then jsut release beta phase 2 when the zones previously tested are done?

Do you think that maybe Rogean took the servers down today to do something hardware intensive?

He probably didn't have the time to plop up the kunark server yet.
