i think its a little crappy how DaP thinks everyone is rich, and has plat just laying around to tip someone that i have to run to (*ALWAYS*) and all they do is cast a spell...

and im saying is because my tip of 10p-15p for a port my character is apparently "blacklisted" by your guild for crappy tips...

didnt know you guys were so greedy and money grabbers.

Don't like it? Roll a class that can port. Their guild tag means they provide a service for a price.

The fact of the matter is they don't HAVE to port you. You could just walk to your destination but you choose to ask for someone elses time to help you get somewhere else. Yeah all they do is cast a spell, but that spell is a commodity, a time saver. And time is money.

I disagree. Many people in DaP are kind and considerate to poorer players, especially new people like myself. I had died in Oasis and forgot to bind in Freeport. I needed a port badly as I was only level 10 and could not go through Highpass or the "Rathe" Zones solo. Instead of inconveniencing a porter by getting me in Qeynos, I ran to the NK wizard spires and called DaP.

I explained to a kind dark elf wizard (apologies I forget your name, but I was the wood elf druid you ported), my situation and he gladly ported me to Nek. He accepted no tip when I offered him my 22 gold and even gave me clear instructions on how to get to the zone line to EC.

DaP's attitude in this situation is making me strongly consider in quitting my current guild to join them once I reach a level where I can port people and show the same courtesy to newbies in order to enhance DaP's great reputation for customer service even further.
