every mob in velious can be beaten in kunark gear

there is no gear check in Velious. "gear checks" didn't exist until Luclin, and outside of bane weapons, hard gear checks didnt really exist until PoP and beyond. There is not a mob in the game that can't be beaten with a CH Chain in velious. add in the fact that AC provides little value over certain amount which is easily obtainable in end game kunark gear, and voila.
