If your profile is correct, your low STR is a big problem right now. STR has a huge effect on backstab damage; with only 83 STR you are really limiting your damage potential. I would be trying to put any STR I can in every gear slot.

The cheapest option for STR rings is jagged bands. The 5ac 55hp rings are cool and all, but most rogues don't stack hp until they have STR capped.

Where did you put your starting points? Your dex/agil seem really (needlessly) high.
