Cant get to Velious - Raft issue

It throws you off the boat in north ro and you stay in game , like hit a invisible wall?
or do you crash?
I would redownload the newest patch files again and overwrite again.

Than reboot computer before attempt to go on EQ.

if You could do a screen grab video (screenshot even if can't vid) - it might help someone to figure out the problem if this doesn't help.
