Getting to Kunark from EC

I am kinda new and I was wondering what is the best way to get back to kunark from EC for an iksar monk that does not involve dieing... also separate question saw nothing on wiki is "a shimmering orb" worth anything ?

The info is there somewhere on how to get back. But this is how I would do it.

Go to Oasis of Marr, get on the raft. Have a cigarette then come back. When you arrive at ogre island get off. facing the island, with your back facing the way you came, go right to the ogre village. You will be KOS so dodge the ogres and get to the edge of the right most pontoon. Wait for the raft, get on the boat. Have a another cigarette break. When you see the evil town docks come into site, don't get off cos you'll be KOS, let the boat take you just passed it then jump off and swim to shore. you are now in Ovethere.

Follow the coast and eventually the xone wall, keeping it on your left. Go into WW, follow the path south east. When you come to the gobbo town, make sure you're invis'd and run through. Then continue south east. (see map if unsure)

Eventually you'll get to FoB, from which point im sure you know the way.

Alternative are the boat from Kaladim, but you'll need a port to BB first, which means you may as well get a port to your preferred point in Kunark.

Just realised you're a Monk, so you can't invis. Rather than go south east just go east, avoiding the gorge then head directly south. Just be carefull, WW is perilous for Lowbie, i hope you have feign death [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

If you can afford it, at least buy a Cloudy potion or have someone get one for you. It will give you instant cast invis in case you are in a tough situation.

Get a port to DL with sow/lev/invis. One way to Cabilis that you can take is DL -> FM -> Lake of Ill Omen -> Cabilis. Just try to stick near the walls. Once you get into Lake, it isn't as dangerous, but there are still wandering skeletons and other mobs, it isn't TOO far from the FM zoneline in Lake to the "newbie" area in Lake of Ill Omen for Iksars. In DL with levitate, you can avoid all agro as long as you are high enough, and just swoop down when you are near the entrance to Frontier Mountains. Good luck

Get Deadmanfloating or some mage summoned lev rings in EC.

Head to Oasis, wait for barge.

Ride barge to TD.

Use lev to swim west to zone wall then autorun south to firepot room and click straight in to Cabalis.
