Drama probably depends on the guild you are in. For instance, if you are in a leveling guild it is hard to imagine that there would be any drama. If you are trying to be a hardcore raider, there will be more drama.
I never pay attention to drama irl so when any drama is in a chat box that I control it's really easy to avoid.
